When will my order be shipped ?
Generally all orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.
What are your cushions made from ?
The latest range of cushions are a linen/cotton blend. Other cushions are either cotton or cotton canvas. Please refer to the individual product description for the product that you are purchasing.
Can you help with selecting cushions ?
Yes we are more than happy to assist you in selecting your cushion designs. Please email us to ask any questions regarding our collections.

Can your wall sticker spots be customised ?
Yes we can customise wall sticker spots for example use one of your own photos or designs. Simply email us the image in low res for us to first advise and then we can proceed.
Do you sell inserts?
Yes you can purchase all inserts for our cushions separately.
Do you allow refunds on sale items?
We do not allow refunds on sales items. Once a sale item is purchased the sale is final.
Are your jute rugs hardy?
Yes our jute rugs are a braided Jute and will withstand a lot of food traffic. A number of our customers have used the rugs as front door entry mats. Please ensure the rug is not wet, as it may loose some colour. Do not place rugs on light coloured carpet.
Do your baskets colour match your jute rugs?
Yes the range has been designed to match each other. All colours in the Jute baskets match the 5 colours available in the jute braided rugs.
