Exchange & Returns

Items for exchange must be shipped unused, unwashed with all swing tags attached and in original un-tampered packaging and returned with 7 days of receipt. You must also include a copy of your receipt for the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product for exchange that does not meet these requirements.
All sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds on sale items.

For all returns please email to advise on return and receive an authorisation number. Then securely pack and ship your item to the below address.

We will confirm receipt of goods once received. Please include with your returned items a self address express post satchel (so that it can be tracked) or registered post. Postage costs are the customers.

Faulty items
If your item develops faults within 6 months of purchase that are due to manufacturing and not from wear and tear due to use please email us. Cabin Co Interiors does not refund items if you have changed your mind, however in the unlikely event that the item is faulty in manufacturing we will first endeavor to replace the item. If the item is unavailable we will provide a credit note once the fault has been approved. If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists then you need to contact the store you purchased the goods from. It will then be upto that store to decide upon the product.
